This smoothie is made with creamy kefir, fresh, juicy blueberries with a tang of lime. The medjool dates bring another level of sweetness with deep caramel flavours blended in.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 225g blueberries
  • 3 Limes, juice of 2, 1 cut into wedges
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 500ml Biotiful Dairy Organic Kefir

Method

  1. Put 1½ packs of blueberries and all the other ingredients except the lime wedges in a blender and whizz on low until combined. Slowly increase the speed to high and whizz until smooth. Stir in a little water, if needed, to reach your desired consistency. Squeeze in more lime juice, to taste, and top with the remaining blueberries.
