Ingredients

  • 350g pack Japan Menyū Chicken Katsu Curry
  • 165g pack Japan Menyū Tenderstem, Sugar Snaps & Greens

Method

  1. Cook the katsu curry, then the Tenderstem and greens according to pack instructions.

  2. Cut the chicken into thick slices and serve with the rice, sauce and greens drizzled with the dressing from the pack. Garnish with thinly sliced red chilli, if liked.
