Prosecco is made with different grapes from Champagne and typically has long-lasting bubbles. This one has lovely notes of apples and pears which go well with the ginger beer and orange juice.

Ingredients

  • 25ml King’s Ginger Liqueur
  • 50ml fresh orange juice
  • Waitrose Prosecco, to top up
  • 1 orange wedge

Method

  1. Add 25ml King’s Ginger Liqueur and 50ml fresh orange juice to a coupe. Top up with Waitrose Prosecco then gently stir. Garnish with an orange wedge.
