  • 60g strawberries, hulled and sliced, plus 1 whole for garnish
  • 25ml grenadine
  • 50ml vodka
  • 120ml lemonade, chilled
  • 1 scoop No.1 Madagascan Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½ all butter shortbread biscuit, crumbled


  1. Chill a sundae glass in the freezer while you make the cocktail. In a mixing glass, muddle the strawberries with the grenadine until combined. Add the vodka and stir.

  2. Pour into the chilled glass, top up with the lemonade and carefully add the ice cream on top.

  3. Crumble over the shortbread and garnish with a strawberry.
