  • 50ml tequila blanco/silver
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 10ml agave syrup
  • 2 drops Nielsen-Massey Rose Water
  • 4 slices green jalapeño
  • Lime slice
  • Jalapeño, halved
  • Cooks' Ingredients Rose Petals


  1. Add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, agave syrup, rose water and jalapeño slices to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

  2. Give it a good shake and double-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime slice, the jalapeño half and a few dried rose petals.
