  • 1 scoop of lemon sorbet
  • 1 shot of vodka or gin
  • 75ml Prosecco
  • 1 strip lemon zest


  1. Put the scoop of lemon sorbet in a bowl with the shot of vodka or gin and whisk together with a balloon whisk until smooth and slightly aerated. Pour into a coupe glass; top up with Prosecco (about 75ml). Finish with a twist of lemon on the rim of the glass.
