  • 50ml rhubarb gin
  • 20ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
  • 5ml Cocchi Rosa
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • Rhubarb twirl, to garnish
  • Dill sprig, to garnish


  1. Chill a martini glass in the freezer while you make the cocktail. Shake the gin, vanilla syrup, Cocchi Rosa and lemon juice with ice.

  2. Strain into the chilled glass over an ice cube. Garnish with a thin rhubarb twirl and dill sprig.
