  • 1 Essential Little Gem
  • 180g No.1 Prawn Cocktail
  • pinch Cooks’ Ingredients Paprika
  • Essential Salad Cress (optional)


  1. Separate, wash and dry 6 large leaves from the Little Gem. Finely shred the remainder and divide between the lettuce leaves.

  2. Top with spoonfuls of prawn cocktail and sprinkle with a little paprika. Scatter over some of the cress, if using, to serve.
