Ingredients

  • 385g pack slow cooked Middle Eastern style beef
  • 155g pack extra virgin olive oil & roasted garlic flatbread
  • 110g pack watercress, spinach & rocket salad
  • 200g tub No.1 Waitrose Greek Strained Natural Yogurt

Method

  1. Cook the beef according to pack instructions, adding the flatbread to the oven with 8 minutes to go.

  2. Finely chop a large handful of leaves from the salad, fold most of it through the yogurt, season, then swirl over a large serving platter. Shred the beef and mound on top.

  3. Drizzle with half the mango sauce from the beef pack and scatter with the reserved chopped leaves.

  4. Cut the flatbread into 4 long triangles and serve alongside. Loosen the rest of the mango sauce with 1 tsp water and 1 tsp olive oil (optional) and use to dress some of the remaining leaves to have as a side salad.
