  • 390g pack smokin’ hot honey pork belly slices
  • 168g pack Japan Menyū 6 Steamed Buns
  • 1 bunch Essential salad onions
  • 50g pack Cooks’ Ingredients Black Sesame Seeds


  1. Cook the pork belly and heat the buns according to pack instructions.

  2. Cut each pork slice in half to fit the buns.

  3. Shred 1-2 salad onions. Stuff the pork belly into the buns, then top with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and salad onions to serve.
