Ingredients

  • 2 tsp No.1 Santo Domingo Chocolate Sauce
  • 2 x 30ml shots Caravan The Daily All-Day Blend, to taste, cooled and chilled
  • 150ml whole milk
  • 3 large scoops Hackney Gelato Pistachio
  • 1 amaretti biscuit, roughly crushed, to serve
  • 1 tsp pistachio nuts, roughly chopped, to serve

Method

  1. Using a teaspoon, drag the chocolate sauce in stripes up the sides of a tall tumbler, then set aside. Put the coffee, milk and 2 scoops gelato into a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. 2 Put 1 scoop of gelato into the glass, then pour over the milkshake. Scatter the amaretti and pistachios over the top, then serve.
