50ml orange gin
25ml cardamom sugar syrup
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
orange slices, to garnish
1 lemongrass stalk to garnish

Mix orange gin, cardamom sugar syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice in an ice-filled Collins glass. Top up with soda water, stir and garnish with orange slices and a lemongrass stirrer.
