Ingredients

  • 25ml London dry gin
  • 10ml Cointreau
  • 50ml peach juice
  • 5ml lemon juice
  • 8 leaves basil

Method

  1. Combine 25ml London dry gin, 10ml Cointreau, 50ml peach juice, 5ml lemon juice and 8 basil leaves in a highball glass.

  2. Fill with ice and top up with soda before churning with a bar spoon to thoroughly mix the ingredients. Garnish with a sprig of basil.
