Frittata
A thick Italian omelette similar to a Spanish tortilla. The omelette is usually made with 4 or more eggs and will also contain a selection of the following ingredients: onion, garlic, peppers, potato, cheese or meat.
To serve fritatta, cut it into large slices and serve with salad as a light lunch or supper or cut into small cubes and serve hot or cold with drinks before dinner or as part of a buffet.
