Madeleine tin
Used to bake traditional French cakes known as madeleines (made with sugar, flour, melted butter and eggs, often flavoured with lemon or almonds), a madeleine tin is a small metal mould about 8cm high with a narrower bottom than top. Madeleine tins are also known as dariole moulds.
