Frying pan
A shallow pan with sloping sides and a round base with a diameter usually measuring more than 20cm which is used for shallow frying a wide range of foods. Non-stick frying pans and frying pan lids are available.
Fry in batches
If a large amount of food needs to be fried it will need to be cooked a few items at a time - in batches.
