Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachets to one side. Empty the contents of the bags into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place into the centre of the oven and heat for 65 mins. Remove from the oven, discard foil then drain cooking juices, return to oven uncovered for a further 10 mins. Remove from the oven, pour contents of sauce sachets over each joint and return to the oven for a further 10 mins. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving. (Time 1hr 25 mins, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
