Slow cooked cured ham hock on the bone with added water.Outdoor bred gammon shank, slow cooked on the bone for 10 hours so the meat is tender, with its natural juices. Simply finish in the oven - it's ready in 40 minutes and serves four. Delicious shredded into a warm salad with new potatoes, sugar snap peas, flat leaf parsley, pickled red onions and a wholegrain mustard dressing. Higher welfare. OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Empty meat into an ovenproof dish, and cover with foil. Place dish onto a baking tray. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil, drain off liquor, and cook for a further 10 minutes. Serve. (Time 40 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
