Stir fry

MEDIUM HEAT 5-6 mins. Preheat 1/2 tbsp (7.5ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and drain the scallops. Place the scallops in the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
