Rich, golden yellow yolks. Our No. 1 eggs come from Longstock Gold hens, a breed exclusive to us, chosen for the exceptional quality of their eggs. They live free range, in small flocks, on farms we know and trust. The breed is named after Longstock House, the Hampshire home of John Spedan Lewis who founded the John Lewis Partnership. Their rich, deep gold yolks are perfect for a classic Eggs Benedict.
