It has golden, chewy crust and a springy crumb. Baked in our gluten-free bakery. HOW TO ENJOY GAIL’s Gluten Free Sourdough is a versatile loaf which works well as a part of any meal. Toast with jam and peanut butter, grill with molten cheese or serve alongside an English Breakfast STORAGE Baked fresh and never with any preservatives, we recommend storing GAIL’s sourdough in a cool, dry place. To keep the bread for longer, slice immediately and store in an airtight container in the freezer, taking out slices and toasting, as desired.
