Pair it with Goat's cheese - the creamier, the better - really brings out the grassy notes. How to Brew Loose Leaf Tea. Let the rolled whole leaves do their thing. The best cups of tea are all about the perfect ratio of leaf to water, temperature, and brewing time. 1* Scoop per 400ml 85° Just-off-boiling water 3-4 Minutes of brewing time *If you don't have one of our scoops, about 2 tsps of tea should do it. Brewing Tip Top the leaves with cold water - around 1/4 of the pot - and give it a swirl. This will stop your green tea going bitter.
