Lentils in a large saucepan with 500ml of water for 10 min, bring to boil and simmer on a medium heat for 15 mins, or until they are a thick consistency. 2. Fry it! First finely chop the onion and garlic, then fry them in a frynig pan with a small amount of oil. Sizzle them in the pan until crispy. 3. Spice it! In a seperate bowl, combine the bang! spices with up to 50ml of water and blend to a smooth thick paste. Pour this into the frying pan with the onion & garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
