If you haven’t used the website for 30 days or more, you will be asked to re-enter your password when you try to access any pages which contain personal details. These pages include the checkout stages, and your account pages. This is to protect your online security.
Visit waitrose.com and access your 'My Account' area at the top of the page. Within the 'My details' section, select 'Addresses'. From here you can check and update your address details.
The easiest way to update your personal information with us is by logging into waitrose.com and visiting ‘My account’ and selecting ‘Marketing preferences’.
Select the 'Unsubscribe' option at the bottom of the marketing email.

If you have a waitrose.com account, you will need to visit the myWaitrose card and details page to change your contact details. Unfortunately, we're unable to do this on your behalf. If you don't have a waitrose.com account, call us on 0800 188 884.
