Lemon juice
The liquid squeezed from fresh lemons. Bottled lemon juice is a convenient form of lemon juice that can be used in place of fresh lemon juice. There are several types available, made with concentrated lemon juice and lemon oil.
Uses: Use instead of fresh lemon juice in a wide variety of recipes including salad dressings, sauces and puddings or sprinkle over fish and seafood or pancakes.
To store: Keep in a cool dark place and once opened store in the fridge for up to 6 months.
To use: Shake well before use, and use the same amount of bottled lemon juice in a recipe as you would fresh juice. If a recipe specifies the juice of 1 lemon, replace it with 2 tablespoons of bottled lemon juice.
