Air Fry 180°C. 25 mins. Preheat air fryer. Remove all packaging and put crackling to one side. Place pork belly in air fryer tray. Program air fryer to cook for 20 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. While resting, add the crackling to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving. All appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.
Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and put crackling to one side. Empty the contents of the bag into an ovenproof tray and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil, drain off liquor. Remove crackling from the packaging and place with the pork belly under a medium grill for 5 minutes. Serve. (Time 45 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
