OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Place sauce sachet to one side. Empty meat and liquor into a small ovenproof dish. Remove the larger visible pieces of fat. Cook for 25 minutes. After 10 minutes break up the meat. Return to the oven for the remaining cooking time. Drain off the cooking juices and carefully separate the pieces of meat. Place the sauce into a small dish and serve alongside. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
