Preheat oven. Set sauce sachet to one side, and empty contents of the meat pouch into an ovenproof dish. Cover with foil, and place in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil, and drain cooking juices carefully into a jug or suitable container. Return the chicken to the oven uncovered for a further 10 minutes. Pour sachet contents into a saucepan with the cooking juices. Heat over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until piping hot. To serve, pour sauce over the meat. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
