Oven cook
From Frozen
Preheat the oven. Spread 1/2 pack of vegetables over a pre-heated lightly greased baking tray. Place in the centre of the oven and stir halfway through the cooking time to ensure an even cook. Check food is piping hot. (Time 18-20 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7)

Pan fry. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan, add 1/2 pack of frozen vegetables and stir fry for 6-7 minutes over a medium heat. Check food is piping hot.
