A combination of 24 vitamins and minerals to support health including iron, which contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body, vitamin B1 which supports the normal functioning of the nervous system, magnesium and vitamin D which contribute to normal muscle function and zinc which supports normal cognitive function and normal skin.
