It is certified organic, vegan friendly and halal. The bottle contains less than 150mg per litre of sulphites and is gluten free. Noughty is a non-vintage, non-alcoholic wine made using 100% organic Chardonnay grapes grown in the sandy and calcareous vineyards located in La Mancha, southern Spain. It is produced using a traditional winemaking method in stainless steel vats.It is then dealcoholised by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine is then lightly carbonated. Alcohol: 0.0%.
