We make our mayo from scratch using free range egg yolks for extra richness. Blended with just the right amount of lemon juice, dill, parsley and chives to create a moreish creamy dip for pizza, chicken and more. Ranch is the ultimate dip for hot wings. We can't get enough of dipping hot sauce drenched wings into this mayo. Also totally works with fish - try it in a fish finger sandwich, with scampi or with pan-fried king prawns (it works like tartare sauce!).
