Sauvignon BlancWine of Marlborough, New Zealand. Vegan friendly.Saint Clair Family Estate is owned by viticulture pioneers Neal and Judy Ibbotson, who planted grapes in Marlborough in 1978. The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc have been sourced from a selection of vineyards located in the highly regarded wairau valley sub-region of Marlborough. Deep, free-draining fertile soils combined with a maritime climate provides the perfect growing conditions to create a wine with heightened expression. Intensely flavoured with tropical passionfruit and grapefruit combined with herbaceous capsicum characters. Generous and full, finishing clean and fresh. A subtle hint of salty minerality adds further complexity. Winemaker - Stewart Maclennan
