A selection of dry cured pork sausages made with PDO Comté cheese, truffle and PDO Perigord walnuts.

Intensely flavourful, with PDO Comté cheese, PDO Perigord walnuts and pieces of truffle. Our No. 1 Saucisson Sec Selection is a taste of France, with three delicious salami-style sausages, dry cured for at least 26 days for a. rich, intense flavour. Each one is speckled with a different luxurious ingredient that complements the flavour of the meat: soft, creamy chunks of the iconic Alpine cheese, Comté PDO; crunchy chopped Perigord walnuts; and pieces of aromatic truffle. They're made in the Aveyron region to a recipe passed down through generations, using traditional artisanal techniques that mean no two saucissons are exactly the same size and shape. Ready to eat, they're delicious served the French way, as a snack with an aperitif.
