Cooking instructions

General

Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.

Hob

From Chilled

Pan fry from chilled. Medium heat - 5-6 mins. Remove all packaging. Preheat 10ml of vegetable oil in frying pan over a high/medium heat. Reduce to a medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 5-6 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Add the butter to the pan for the last minute and stir well. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
