They select finest whole legs of pork and cure them in just enough pure sea salt to preserve the meat. It's expertly matured for at least 20 months, which concentrates the distinctive flavour. To enjoy the expectional flavour of this Italian delicacy at its best, take the Prosciutto di Parma out of the fridge and open the pack 30 minutes before serving. Delicious with slices of ripe melon and drizzle of olive oil.
