Irresistibly buttery, crisp and flaky. Our No 1. Cacio e Pepe Straws are inspired by the classic Italian pasta dish of cacio e pepe. They're made with Gouda cheese and Pecorino Romano PDO cheese for a rich, deeply savoury flavour and generously seasoned with black pepper. The buttery puff pastry is rolled and folded for 70 light, flaky layers that melt in the mouth. Delicious with a glass of crisp Pinot Grigio with a hint of citrus to complement the pepper.
