Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting dish, brush with oil and place in an oven until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 25 - 30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)

For best results pan fry. Suitable for stir fry. Medium heat: 12 - 14 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in frying pan, add chicken, cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled
