Manchego Curado DOP cheese made with raw Manchega sheep's milk in Spain.
Firm and smooth, with a nutty, savoury flavour. Our No. 1 Manchego Curado DOP is an iconic Spanish cheese, made only with milk from Manchega sheep grazed on the vast plateaux of the La Mancha region. It's produced by the La Granja family, who've been making cheese there for generations, and aged for between four and six months. In Spain Manchego is traditionally served with membrillo, a tangy quince paste that perfectly complements the mild, nutty flavour. ………Made with raw sheep's milk. Strength 5
