Creamy and fresh-tasting, with notes of hay, grasses and butter. Our No. 1 Robiola Bosina is a speciality cheese from Italy's Piedmont region. It's a 'due latti' cheese, made with both cow's and sheep's milks, giving it a smooth, silky texture and a mild, creamy flavour. Delicious with a drizzle of honey, salted pistachios and a glass of Prosecco. Made with pasteurised cow's and sheep's milk. Strength 2.
