Reblochon de Savoie AOP cheese made with raw cow's milk in France.
Rich and luscious, sweet and nutty. Our No. 1 Reblochon de Savoie AOP is made in the Haute Savoie region of the French Alps by the Capt family, whose cheesemaking heritage goes back to 1850. It uses milk from cows grazed on alpine pastures, and is matured for 3-4 weeks to bring out all the sweetly nutty flavours. It melts beautifully and is traditionally used in tartiflette, a creamy potato gratin - delicious with a glass of fruity Sauvignon Blanc. Made with raw cow's milk. Strength 3.
