This medicine is not recommended for children under 18 years of age.<br>For oral use only.<br><br>Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if:<br>- you are pregnant or breastfeeding<br>- you are taking any other medicines<br>- your constipation needs treatment for longer than 5 days<br>- you have persistent abdominal pain or are passing blood.<br>Do not take if a doctor says you have a blockage in your gut (intestinal obstruction), a hole in your gut wall, a disease causing severe inflammation of the gut (inflammatory gastrointestinal disorder), or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.<br>Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to.<br>Treatment with Movicol Ease Citrus Flavour usually lasts for about 5 days.<br>When regular bowel movements return, use fewer doses per day and usually treatment can be stopped.<br><br>Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Preparation and Usage
Dosage: For adults aged 18 years and above, including pregnant and breastfeeding women (see below), the dose is 1-3 sachets per day: Dissolve one sachet in 125ml (1/4 pint) of water, 1-3 times per day. This should be taken in divided doses throughout the day, according to the severity of your constipation. Reconstituted solution: Store covered in a refrigerator (2°C -8°C) for up to 6 hours.
