Spicy red pepper and soy sauce

At the heart of our hand-crafted gochujang sauce is the steamy red pepper. To balance the heat we add fermented soya beans, apple purée & garlic giving it a harmonious and mysteriously delicious flavour. The best ingredients and time-honoured techniques mean we don't need to add any chemicals. Enjoy it drizzled over rice & noodle dishes, as a dip, or table sauce it works on just about everything!
