A three-tier cake covered with soft ivory icing and decorated with dots, hand-finished with satin ribbons. Consisting of a bottom tier of a rich fruit cake, covered with a layer of marzipan, a middle tier of golden sponge with raspberry jam & vanilla buttercream and a top tier of chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream.
Designed and made exclusively for Waitrose & Partners by the renowned Fiona Cairns bakery.
