Heat a splash of olive oil in a large sauté pan and cook the chorizo and garlic for 2 minutes, add the frozen cod and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Add the wine, tomatoes, chillies and clams, cover and simmer for 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Stir in the basil and divide between four large, shallow bowls. Finish off each serving with a drizzle of olive oil and a good grinding of black pepper.
