Jasmine Garden low-alcohol cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 jasmine teabags
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Non-alcoholic sparkling wine

Method

  1. Put the jasmine teabags and caster sugar in a bowl. Add 200ml just-boiled water, stir and infuse for 10 minutes. Remove the teabags and cool slightly.

  2. For each cocktail, add 30ml tea and the Angostura Bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a glass and top up with chilled non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
