Based on air fryer minimum capacity of 4L and per pack. …From chilled only- defrost before air frying. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging and set sauce sachet to one side. Place kebabs in a lined air fryer tray ensuring even spread in one layer. Programme air fryer to cook for 10 minutes. While the chicken is cooking place the sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for a further 1 minute. Allow to stand for one minute. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving. Two or more packs may require further cooking time.

While the chicken is cooking place the sauce sachet in a bowl of hot water. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for a further 3 mins until thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains. Check food is piping hot. Two or more packs may require further cooking time. (Time 16 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
