Cereal flakes with raisins, dates, apricots and nuts
Organic. Ancient grain. High in fibre. Source of protein. No added sugar - contains naturally occurring sugars. No added salt. Vegan. Vegetarian Society Approved. Our Organic Spelt Millers Muesli is a mixture of all things yummy. The spelt's distinctive nutty, almost malty sweetness is enhanced by raisins, dates and apricots and the combination of walnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds add a delicious crunchy texture - and did we say it's organic! The Ancient Grain Spelt, an ancient grain, has been grown in Somerset since the start of the Iron Age. It has gained in popularity in recent times because it's an excellent source of dietary fibre and contains protein as well as vitamins and minerals. It is both easy to digest and leaves you feeling fuller for longer. Additionally, spelt is a good source of slow release energy; so much so the Roman Army called it their "marching grain".
