Before you start:Place a large sized frying pan with a tablespoon of oil on the hob, and bring up to a medium heat.1 Fry the chicken in the pre-heated frying pan until it is coloured all over. 2 mins2 Add the pad thai sauce, cabbage, red onion and noodles to the pan whilst stirring. Cook for 4 minutes. If the noodles start to stick to the bottom of the pan, add a little bit of water.3 Add the spring onion, carrots, chilli peanuts and squeeze the lime juice into the pan, mixing through the noodles. Cook for a further 2 minutes.Ensure the chicken is cooked through and the meal is piping hot throughout. If so, remove from the heat, divide for two portions and enjoy.
