What makes dashi so special? Our dashi is made the authentic way, we steep aged shitake mushrooms and kombu (Japanese kelp) in distilled water for 24 hours to create an umami rich base. Miso Easy 1. Squeeze one sachet of miso paste into a cup or bowl 2. Add one separate pack of garnishes 3. Add 200ml of hot water (or adjust to taste), stir thoroughly & enjoy.
